Hayley MarshallThat works for me. And yeah that would make sense. Hope died so they probably never had the chance to try things out again. Elijah probably went off on his own until recently. I wouldn't rule out the possibility of Elijah still having feelings for her. But he probably buried those feelings. We can see if they end up resurfacing or not

Hayley MarshallI'm going to be dramatic and say that it's been a while. Maybe 50 or so years since they last saw each other? I could see Elijah trying to stand by Hayley and his family, But everything became to be too much and he broke away from everyone for a while. Maybe checking in here and there. Is Hayley at mount weather like the other Mikaelsons are?
